The Devire Group has announced the acquisition of Peaksales, a company that develops Human Competence Cloud (HCC) – an AI-powered tool matching job seekers with job opportunities.This technology will enable recruitment consultant to create perfect connections between candidates and employers even faster.

With this acquisition, Devire Group is reinforcing its position as one of Europe’s leading HR-tech & HR Outsourcing firms. The Human Competence Cloud (HCC) is an innovative way of automating communication between job seekers and employers which was developed with support from NCBiR (National Centre for Research and Development). The HCC platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms which are able to recommend candidates for jobs based on their skillset and experience, making it easier than ever before to find qualified employees.
