The Group is managed by entrepreneurs and senior HR sector professionals who take an active role in supporting the portfolio companies. The DIG executives believe that the current work market is in a phase of accelerated evolution. This will include the work-models becoming more flexible and use of resources will become part of a shared economy while the concept of Outsourcing Work and  Space as a Service will become a widely accepted phenomenon.
